| 摘 要： | 文章在阐述柔性管理理论内涵的基础上,分析了柔性管理对高职院校管理的重要性,并从实施柔性决策、推行柔性管理方式、培育柔性校园文化等方面提出了高职院校实施柔性管理的方法和措施,对高职院校今后的管理改革具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Based on an interpretation of the theoretical connotation of flexible management, this article analyzes the significance of flexible management in vocational colleges. In addition, it puts forward the measures for vocational colleges to implement flexible management from such angles as the implementation of flexible decision making, the implementation of flexible management modes as well as the cultivation of flexible campus culture,which is of certain reference significance to the management reform in vocational colleges. |
