| 摘 要： | 通过船舶现有的C船站实现保安报警功能是一种经济、可靠的方式。本文简要分析了《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》（简称《SOLAS公约》）对于船舶保安报警系统的功能、设计要求，研究了为实现《SOLAS公约》要求需要调用的3020C船站内部指令。它是船舶保安报警系统（Ship Security Alert System）开发、设计的基础，具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Sending Ship Security Alerts via C terminals installed on ships is not only an economical,but also a reliable method. The operational and designing requirements of SSAS in the amendments to SOLAS 1974 are expressed briefly. The associated internal instructions of 3020-C terminal are got research in this paper. All these are basis of SSAS during the design and development process. It is valuable for designing ship security alert system based on 3020-C terminals. |
