| 摘 要： | 随着现代企业制度的建立,企业的竞争在很大程度上体现为人才的竞争,而伴随着新知识、新技术、新工艺的不断涌现,企业越来越需要高素质的、专业技能和动手能力强的高等技术应用型人才。这对高等职业技术学院学生职业能力的培养提出了新的任务和要求。高职教育的重要特色在于强化学生职业能力的培养。文中就如何培养高职学生的职业能力,进行了思考和探索。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of modern enterprise system,to great extent,the competition of enterprises informs the competition of talents.The upbringing of new knowledge,technology and crafts cause the requests to advanced technology applied talents who hold high quality,professional skills and great performing capability grew more and more imperative to enterprises.It puts forward a new task and request of frosting the professional quality in high technology students which are mainly intended to be analyzed in the paper. |
