| Abstract: | Tangshan-Caofeidian highway with complicated geological condition, is a highgrade way constructed in Hebei coastland. That investment increased in initial period of the engineering,de creased radically the social cost and environment cost and reduced the post expense for the maintenance.So the success of this engineering is worth of reference. |
