| 摘 要： | 目前我国经济高速发展，为适应新形势的需求，针对车辆变通量大、吨位大的问题，公路建设部门正在积极采取措施．提高公路等级，推广使用高强度高稳定结构，而水泥稳定路面基层因其优点得到了很快的普及。
