摘    要:对498柴油机的连杆机构进行三维非线性有限元分析计算,找出其薄弱部位并对其进行改进设计,通过 改进前后模型的计算结果比较,发现改进后模型既增强了薄弱部位的强度和刚度,又保证了往复质量增加不大。 在模型分析中涉及到接触和疲劳问题。

Abstract:3-D nonlinear FE analysis was performed for 498 connecting rod assembly to find the weakest parts and make some ameliorative design for them. By the comparison of the analysis results for the former model and the latter, the strength and intension of weak parts were found to improve and the to-and -fro quality was ensured in the ameliorative model. The analysis involved both the contact and the fatigue problems.
