| 摘 要： | 针对轨道交通服务质量的评价问题具有多层次和模糊性的特点,将层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合,建立多层次综合评价模型。首先建立适用于轨道交通的服务质量评价指标体系,并将服务质量评价因素量化;然后运用层次分析法,对各层次影响因素进行权重赋值;再确定模糊评价矩阵,进行服务质量评价。最后,对成都市轨道交通1号线进行实例研究,结果表明该模型具有合理性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Based on the muhi-level and fuzzy characteristics of the evaluation of the services quality of urban rail transit , the paper combined with the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, built comprehensive evaluation model with muhidevels. Firstly, the service quality evaluation index system for rail transit was built, and the factors of the system were quantified. Then, the fuzzy evaluation matrix was determined for service quality evaluation. Finally, taking the Chengdu Metro Line 1 as example, the results show that the model is reasonable and effective. |
