农村公路养护存在的问题及措施

农村公路建设是基础性较强的基础设施建设,对农村经济发展有着重要的作用。农村公路的发展,有助于解决"买难"和"卖难"的问题,促进农村社会进步。国家加大对农村公路的投资,在农村公路大力建设的同时,由于养护管理跟不上或者养护管理不到位出现很多质量问题。文中针对目前农村公路存在的问题,初步探讨解决农村公路养护问题的措施。
