农村公路交通安全现状分析及保障技术

以河北省农村公路交通安全现状为例,分析农村公路存在的主要问题。从人、车、路和环境4个方面分析农村公路交通安全的影响因素。研究资料表明,导致交通安全事故因素中和路有关的因素约占30%。因此,通过分析农村公路交通安全设施设置现状,提出适用于农村公路交通安全的路侧防撞设施、交通标志、标线、错车道等交通安全设施的设置方式,进一步提升农村公路基础设施水平,改善农村公路交通安全现状。

Study on Setting Technology of Traffic Safety Facilities of Rural Highways

Taking Hebei province rural highway traffic safety situation as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems of the rural highways. This paper analyzes the factors affecting road traffic safety in rural areas from the aspects of driver, vehicle, road and environment. Research data shows that the factor about road accounted traffic safety accident factors for about 30%. Therefore, through analyzing rural highway traffic safety facilities set to present situation , propose setting way of the different forms of traf- tic-safety facilities of roadside facilities, traffic signs and lines, wrong lane and so on, further enhance rural road infrastructure level to improve rural highway traffic safety situation.
