摘    要:农村公路作为农村社会的重要基础设施,其规划布局对于推动农村公路建设、促进整个农村地区公路运输和社会经济的发展有着重要作用。通过最小化造价费用、最大化人口覆盖度、最小化出行成本,建立农村公路网络设计多目标决策模型,并用多目标自适应遗传算法计算得到Pareto最优解空间,作为决策者满意解。最后用一个例子验证该模型和算法的正确性和有效性。该方法有助于决策者在进行农村路网规划时选择最优的规划路径。

Abstract:As the essential facility in rural society, the program of rural highways plays an important role in improving the construction of rural highway and the development of regional economy. In this paper, a multiple objective decision-making model for rural highway network is developed through minimum costs, maximize the ratio of population coverage, minimum travel costs. Then the Pareto optimal solution was obtained using the multiple objective adaptive GA algorithm as decision maker satisfactory solution. This proposed method is helpful for determining the best route when programming rural road network.
