用模糊理论诊断中冷器故障的研究

摘    要:提出了一种不解体诊断中冷器技术状态的新方法,通过检测中冷器增压空气流动阻力,空气和冷却水进、出口温度等,提取反映中冷器技术状态的特征参数,成功地诊断中冷器的技术状态及典型故障。

Abstract:A new fault diagnosis method for charger - air cooler without disassembling the engine has been introduced. Feature parameters reflecting fault status of charger -air cooler has been obtained by measuring the resistance of charger-air cooler to charger-air, the inlet and outlet temperature of charger-air and cooling water. The status and typical faults in charger-air cooler was successfully diagnosed.
