| Abstract: | Tungsten hexafluoride has a far-ranging application in the electronic industry. The method of industrialized production of tungsten hexafluoride at present,quality standard of tungsten hexafluoride and analysis technique of tungsten hexafluoride are presented and the promising development of tungsten hexafluoride is also summarized. |
