| 摘 要： | 文中结合厦门辖区游艇产业发展现状,以如何规范游艇产业管理、保障游艇航行安全、服务地方经济发展为主线,就游艇登记、检验、配员、口岸开放、动态监管、俱乐部管理等方面内容展开论述,探讨现行法规下游艇监管面临的困惑,并提出一些完善游艇监管的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the status of the yachting industry in the waters of Xiamen and with a view to regulating the management of yachting activities, ensuring safe navigation of yachts and serving the local economy, discusses on the issues concerning yacht registry, survey, manning, port opening, management of yacht clubs as well as the problems relating to the control of yachts under existing regulations, and provides some suggestions to improve the control and management of yachts. |
