| 摘 要： | 本文论述了PL19-3Ⅱ-WHPCJACKET测量坐标站的建立过程，并简单的介绍了间接平差和条件平差两种基本的平差数学模型；重点阐述了建立坐标站的原理和PL19—3Ⅱ-WHPCJACKET的建站模型，并说明了测角、测距所用的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the establishment process of coordinate control-net of PL19-3 ,-WHPC JACKET, and gives a simply introduction about adjustment of indirect observations and adjustment of condition observations. It is emphasized that the theory of coordinate stations, station model and shows adjustment method of measuring distance and angle are described. |
