摘    要:本实验研究了MgSo_4对实验性心律失常的作用。结果表明MgSO_4:可对抗哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常;可减少氯仿对小鼠的致颤率;能减少乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常的时间;可对抗氯仿—肾上腺素诱发家兔心律失常;能使BaCl_2所致大鼠心律失常复转为窦性心律。MgSO_4对抗心律失常作用与传统药物苯妥英纳相似。

Abstract:Magnesium is one of the important io-ns in humau body.MgSO_4 150mg/kg sho-wed an action of antiventricular fibrillationcausel by inspiring chloroform in guineapigs.In rats anaesthetized by Ⅳ chloralhydrate 300mg/kg,arrhythmin induced by Ⅳ BaCl_2 4 mg/kg was recovered to anor-mal sinus rhythm cansed by Ⅳ MgSO_4100 mg/kg.Ⅳ MgSO_4 50 mg/kg wasfound to protect rabbits against arrhythmiainduced by chloroform-adrena line.In theanaesthetized guinea pigs,Ⅳ MgSO_4 100mg/kg raised the amount of ouabain indu-cing first arrhythmias,ventricular fibrilla-tion and heart arrest.In the anaesthetizedrats.Ⅳ MgSO_4 100 mg/kg raised the am-ount of aconitine inducing arrhythmias.Theresults showed that MgSO_4 has a good ef-fect on antagonise arrhythmias.
