船用PA6柴油机故障诊断专家系统知识库的设计

摘    要:以PA6STC船用柴油机的状态监测与故障诊断专家系统开发为目标,构造专家系统知识库。诊断型知识采用了框架结合产生式规则的表示方法,利用SQL Server作为开发工具,进行相关的数据库设计,使知识库和推理机相对独立,利用C++ Builder开发友好操作界面,实现正向不精确推理。

Design of Knowledgebase of Fault Diagnosis Expert System for Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract:The knowledge database was established aiming at development of expert system for the fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of PA6STC marine diesel engine,and the frame was integrated with production rule to represent diagnostic knowledge.The database was constructed by using SQL Server 2000,so the knowledge and inference machine were independent.A friendly and easy operated interface was developed and the forward direction reasoning mechanism was designed by using C++ Builder as the tool.
