船用柴油机部件生产线的仿真研究

摘    要:采用Extendsim仿真软件对某船用柴油机配件的CONWIP生产线建立了仿真模型,运用Extendsim遗传算法优化模块优化其看板数量,提高了订单满足率和订单完成数,在此基础上采用动态最小空闲时间与最小建立时间的混合排队策略,进一步提高了订单满足率,减少了订单交付的延迟时间.

Abstract:Extendsim simulation software is adopted to establish a simulation model of CONWIP production line for marine diesel engine parts.The Kanban number of the production line is optimized with genetic algorithm module of Extendsim,so that the finished order number and the finished ratio are increased.And a hybrid queue strategy,based on the minimum idle time strategy and the minimum rebuilding time strategy,is adopted further to increase the finished order ratio and reduce the delay time of order delivery.
