| Abstract: | In order to raise comprehensive strength and self-mastering and innovation ability, implementing strategy of technical standard has been put forward. The definition of technical standard is stated. The significance of implementing technical standard strategy is analyzed and the achievement of technical standard of Tianjin Port is introduced. At last several suggestions for implementing this strategy of Tianjin Port is put forward. |
