基于人力资本理论的建筑施工企业的人力资源管理的策略

摘    要:为应对市场挑战,提高管理效率,提出从人力资本理论出发,重新审视建筑施工企业的人力资源管理。分析目前建筑施工企业人力资源管理的现状,阐述人力资本管理的理论,分析人力资本理论对企业的作用。提出了从人力资本理论出发,确立建筑施工企业人力资源管理的相应策略,实现人力资本投资的最大效益。

Abstract:In order to meet the challenge and raise managing effect, a theory of re-considering human resources management of construction enterprise from the angle of human capital theory has been put forward. The managing status of human resources of construction enterprise at present is analyzed. The human capital theory is stated and the role it plays on enterprise is analyzed. It is put forward that the retative tactics should be set up from the human capital theory, so as to realize the maximum efficiency of human capital investment cost.
