青藏铁路旅客列车乘务人员睡眠状况及其相关因素分析

目的调查高原铁路旅客列车乘务人员睡眠状况,并对其相关因素进行分析,以提出合理措施保障乘务员身体健康。方法采用睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）对乘务人员进行测评,同时对高海拔时乘务人员的体力劳动强度和高原反应情况进行测量。结果高原列车乘务人员睡眠问题明显比常模严重,同时乘务人员的劳动强度越大,高原反应越强烈,睡眠问题就越严重,焦虑和抑郁的倾向性也就越明显。结论高原铁路乘务人员的睡眠问题及其相关因素应该得到重视,并从乘务员本身和组织方面进行改善。

Analysis of Sleep State and Relative Factors for Trainman of Qinghai-Tibet Railway Passenger Train

Objective： To study the sleep state and relative factors of trainman on Qinghai-Tibet railway passenger train and to protect trainman＇s health by presenting reasonable measures. Methods： The trainman were measured with self-rating sleep state scale （SRSS）, self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. The physical work intensity and high altitude reaction of trainman in high altitude localities were measured. Results ： The sleep problems of trainman on high plateau train were more serious than that of normal model. And the higher of labour intensity, the more acute of high altitude reaction, the more serious of sleep problems, the more depressed and anxious of trainman. Conclusion： The sleep problems and relative factors of high plateau railway trainman should be regarded seriously. They can be improved in the way of trainman and group.
