| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高校辅导员工作与高校心理咨询的关系进行探讨。论述了目前高校德育工作的现况及学校心理咨询的任务。进而分析辅导员的心理辅导与高校心理咨询员心理咨询的主要区别和共同点，并对高校辅导员工作和高校心理咨询的关系进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | There mainly exists two levels of psychological counseling exist in colleges. They are conducted by assistants and professionally trained staff respectively. This paper states the current college moral education status and expounds the tasks of psychological counseling, then points out the differences and relation between these two kinds of work. |
