电控双燃料(天然气/柴油)发动机工作过程

摘    要:当前双燃料发动机存在因采用进气道混合器预混合式的工作方式,而使工作过程中产生燃烧速度慢、高替代率循环变动大、耗热率高、排放指标THC高的问题。为解决该问题,研制了一套电控装置,实现双燃料发动机进气门前喷射供气。试验结果表明,电迭喷射与预混合式相比,以上几项指标都有了不同幅度的提高,起到了优化了双燃料发动机的工作过程,提高发动机性能的作用。

Abstract:(Abstract) To improve the performance of pre mixed Dual Fuel (DF) engine and solve its problems, such as low combustion speed, high cycle fluctuation in some working condition, high heat consumption rate, excessive emission of HC etc., a electronically controlled gas injection system for DF engine has been designed in this paper. The experimental result shows that the performance of the electronically controlled gas injection system is better than that of the premixed system. It is a practical solution of the applying of DF engine.
