纤维在聚合物基摩擦材料中的应用

摘    要:详细介绍了聚合物基摩擦材料中所使用的纤维的种类、基本特性和应用情况,较系统地分析了多种纤维混合使用的效果。最后指出纤维在摩擦材料中的使用存在两大趋势:一是具有合适性价比的高性能纤维将在摩擦材料中得到广泛应用;二是将大量使用混杂纤维,因其对降低制品成本、改善材料性能具有明显效果。

Abstract:Kinds,their basic features and application of fibre used in polymer-based friction materials are intro-duced in detail.Effect of several kinds of fibre blended is systematically analyzed.It is pointed out in the end that there are two trends in application of fibre in friction materials:the first is that high performance fibre which cost performance ratio is reasonable will be used widely in friction materials;the second is that hybrid fibre will be used largely because of their obvious effects on cost reduction and performance improvement.
