京张高铁正盘台隧道立体式多径路排水方案研究

摘    要:长大富水隧道施工过程中涌水风险高,工期紧张,对排水能力要求高,辅助坑道设置方案及排水方案对隧道施工及运营有着重要影响。根据正盘台隧道的工程特点及涌水涌渣情况,结合排水需求,合理地选择辅助坑道设置方案,采用辅助坑道为正洞,增开工作面,实现"长隧短打",同时充分利用辅助坑道进行可控式排水、洞内储水仓、中心排水管分流等创新设计。多辅助坑道与正洞排水系统一起形成了立体式多径路的排水系统,有效降低了涌水淹井风险,保障了隧道工期,减轻了正洞防排水压力,可为类似工程的排水设计提供参考。

Abstract:During the construction of long and water-rich tunnel,the risk of water inrush is high,the construction period is short,and the requirement of drainage capacity is high,thus the auxiliary tunnel setting scheme and drainage scheme have an important influence on tunnel construction and operation.According to the engineering characteristics of Zhengpantai tunnel and the situation of water and slag gushing,the auxiliary tunnel scheme in combination with drainage demand is selected properly.The auxiliary tunnel is adopted to increase working face for main tunnel to realize short excavation of long tunnel.At the same time,it makes full use of the auxiliary tunnel to carry out the innovative design of controllable drainage,water sump in the tunnel,central drainage pipe diversion,etc.And ultimately,three-dimensional and multi-path drainage systems are formed by using main tunnel drainage system and multi-type auxiliary tunnels.This scheme can effectively reduce the risk of shaft flood due to water inrush,guarantee the construction period of the tunnel,reduce the pressure of water prevention and drainage of the main tunnel,and provide reference ideas for the drainage design of similar projects.
