摘    要:和传统的现浇或悬灌施工的连续梁相比,节段预制胶拼桥梁在质量控制、施工速度和环保方面具有一定的优势,也具有其自身的特点。设计和施工中应根据这些特点采取相应的技术措施以保证工程质量。本文结合节段预制胶拼连续梁的设计实践,对节段拼装连续梁部分设计控制指标的选取、接缝截面直剪强度验算以及耐久性设计等方面进行总结和思考,希望能抛砖引玉,共同推进节段预制胶拼技术在铁路桥梁中的应用推广。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional cast-in-place or cantilever construction method of continuous beam girder bridge,the segmental prefabricated assembling bridge has certain advantages in quality control,construction speed and environmental protection,as well as some of its own characteristics.During the design and construction,corresponding technical measures should be taken according to these characteristics to ensure the quality of the project.Based on the design practice of segmental prefabricated assembling continuous girder bridge,the selection of design control index,the checking calculation of shear strength and the durability design were summarized and considered in this paper,hoping to promote the application and popularization of segmental prefabricated assembling continuous girder technology in railway bridges.
