高速动车轴箱轴承疲劳寿命计算方法

摘    要:针对轴承疲劳寿命预测问题,考虑游隙和离心效应的影响,将ISO 281:2007标准计算方法与Lundberg和Palmgren计算方法开展对比研究;考虑轴承内部在轴承承受复合载荷下的载荷特征,以及滚动体的影响,将L-P和改进的L-P方法开展对比研究。基于Python编程计算含有(5+3 n)个自由度的双列圆锥滚子轴承拟静力学模型,得到动车轴箱轴承的内部载荷特征和轴承的疲劳寿命结果。结果表明:轴承内部载荷值随着轴承负游隙值的增大而增大;当列车运行速度发生变化时,轴承内部的载荷分布情况变化不大;ISO 281:2007标准方法所得寿命结果最大,且负游隙越大,L-P方法与ISO 281:2007标准方法相比所得寿命差值较大;改进的L-P方法分析计算出的寿命值最小,且负游隙大小不影响改进及未改进L-P方法所得寿命的比值。

Abstract:In order to predict the bearing fatigue life accurately,considering the influence of clearance and centrifugal effect on fatigue life,the calculation method of Lundberg and Palmgren theory was compared with the standard calculation method of ISO 281:2007.Secondly,the improved calculation method of L-P theory was adopted to compare with the two above-mentioned methods,which further considered the load distribution inside the bearing under the combined load and the effect of the rolling element.The quasi-static model of double-row tapered roller bearings was established,which has(5+3 n)degree of freedom.The load distribution and fatigue life of the axle box bearing were obtained by solving the quasi-static equilibrium of rollers and bearing using Python programming language.The results show that the larger the negative clearance of the bearing,the larger the value of the load distribution in the bearing.The change of the train speed has little effect on the load distribution in the bearing.The maximum fatigue life is obtained by using the ISO 281:2007 method.The difference of fatigue life is enlarged with the increment of the negative clearance of the bearing by using the L-P theory and ISO 281:2007 method.The minimum fatigue life is obtained by using the improved L-P theory.The negative clearance does not affect the percentage of fatigue life between the L-P theory and the improved L-P theory.
