网壳结构采光顶分块安装施工技术研究

摘    要:常见的网壳结构采光顶安装施工大多采用高空散装法,具有施工周期长、高空焊接量大、质量不易控制等缺点。本文根据兰州新区瑞玲国际商业广场壳体结构采光顶的建筑结构特性、现场施工条件、吊装设备性能及工期质量要求等因素,通过对网壳结构采光顶分块安装施工技术的研究,将构件合理分块,进而在加工、运输、安装中利用其优势,形成一整套科学合理的分块安装施工技术,为类似网壳结构采光顶施工降低成本、缩短工期和加强质量控制提供技术支持。

Abstract:Most of the ltticed shell structures of daylighting rof adopt assembly elements in the air,which has the shortcomings of long construction period,large welding quantity at high alitude and dificult quality control.According to the structural characteristis,construction conditions,hoisting equipment performance and quality requirements of lighting roof of shell structure of Ruiling International Business Plaza in Ianzhou New Area,this paper studied the construction technology on block assembly of daylighting roof of the lttced shell structure,divided the components reasonably,and then made use of them in processing,transporting and intalling,Its advantages form a set of scientific and reasonable block assembly construction technology,which can provide technical support for similar ltticed shell structure of daylighting roof construction to reduce costs,shorten construction period and strengthen quality control.
