高速铁路路基压实参数对振动波演化特征的影响研究

摘    要:以京雄城际铁路固安东站路基段为试验区段,从时域、频域、时频域和能量域四个方面研究不同压实参数下振动波的演化特征,结果表明:在路基压实过程中,随着压路机行驶速度的增加,路基填料加速度峰值减小,振动轮加速度峰值增大,两者加速度衰减率逐渐增大。随着压实遍数的增加,振动波在填料中沿水平方向传播的加速度峰值衰减率逐渐降低。振动波自振动轮至填料传播过程中,基波、一次谐波到五次谐波幅值呈指数分布,且有严格的指数函数相关性;对振动信号进行Hilbert-Huang变换,随着压实遍数的增加,振动轮和填料中振动波的能量峰值逐渐增加;随着振动压路机行驶速度的增加,振动轮和填料中振动波的能量峰值逐渐降低。

Abstract:Taking the subgrade section of Gu'an east station of Jingxiong intercity railway as the test section,this paper studied the evolution characteristics of vibration wave under different compaction parameters from four aspects of time domain,frequency domain,time-frequency domain and energy domain.The results show that in the process of subgrade compaction,with the increase of the running speed of the roller,the peak acceleration of the subgrade filling decreases,while the peak acceleration of the vibrating wheel increases.The attenuation rate of the acceleration of both gradually increases.With the increase of compaction times,the attenuation rate of acceleration peak value of vibration wave propagating along the horizontal direction in the filling decreases gradually.In the process of the vibration wave propagation from the vibratory wheel to the filling material,the amplitude of the fundamental wave,the first harmonic wave to the fifth harmonic wave is exponentially distributed with strict exponential function correlation.Upon the Hilbert Huang Transformation of the vibration signal,with the increase of the compaction times,the peak energy of the vibration wave in the vibratory wheel and the filling material increases gradually.With the increase of the traveling speed of the vibratory roller,the energy peak of the vibration in the vibratory wheel and the filling material decreases gradually.
