摘    要:针对隧道工程采用传统人工钻爆法施工存在的掌子面人员多、安全风险高、劳动强度大、施工效率低、机械化应用侧重于单一工序的作业问题,郑万高铁湖北段罗家山隧道施工在大型机械化配套应用方面进行了探索和创新,形成了隧道施工"一洞九线"流水作业线,并从人员、进度、质量、安全及环保等方面对整套机械化配套作业效果进行评价与分析,从而推动隧道的整体施工水平和综合管理能力,以期对川藏铁路建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:The tunnel construction with traditional manual drilling and blasting method is charactenized by many hands on the face,high safety risk,high labor intensity,low construction fficieney,and mechanized application focusing on a single process.In view of the above problems,this paper makes the exploration and innovation on the Lagjiashan turnel construction in the Hubei section of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway in the large-seale mechanized supporing application.The"one hole and nine lines"flow line of tunnel construction has been formed.In addition,the analysis for the effect of a whole set of large-scale mechanized supporting operation is conducted in terms of personnel quanity,operation progress,quality,safety and environmental protection,so as to promote the overall construction and comprehensive management capability of the tunnel and provide reference for the construction of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.
