摘    要:广东省运输结构调整行动计划提出大宗货物运输"公转铁",梅州市结合梅州市蕉岭县水泥铁路专用线,通过漳平至龙川铁路、畲江至汕头铁路,实现蕉岭县水泥在粤东地区"公转铁"运输。在阐述梅州市水泥运输现状及存在问题的基础上,分析粤东地区水泥"产运销"情况,提出新建梅州市蕉岭县水泥铁路专用线。通过分析梅州市蕉岭县水泥铁路专用线运输市场,探讨梅州市蕉岭县水泥公路运输和公铁联运费用,分别测算从0.16元/(t·km)到0.8元/(t·km)运价时公铁联运方式可覆盖市场范围,得到不同运价时蕉岭县水泥铁路专用线可承担货运量,为梅州市蕉岭县水泥铁路专用线可行性研究提供依据。

Abstract:Guangdong province has proposed that railway instead of the road should undertake bulk cargo transportation according to its provincial transportation restructuring plan. Meizhou City transports cement by railway instead of the road in the east part of Guangdong through the Jiaoling Cement Railway Special Line, the Zhangping-Longchuan Railway, and the Yujiang-Shantou Railway. Based on an overview of the current conditions and problems with the Jiaoling Cement Railway Special Line and an analysis of the cement "production, transportation and marketing" situation, this paper puts forward that Meizhou should build a new cement special line. To provide evidence to the feasibility study, this paper studies the costs of railway-road intermodal transportation, based on the analysis of the cement transportation market in Jiaoling. This paper calculates the traffic volumes that the Jiaoling Cement Railway Special Line can carry at different freight rates ranging from 0.16 RMB/(t · km) to 0.8 RMB/(t · km).
