铁路箱梁钢筋图标注智能布局算法研究

摘    要:基于铁路箱梁的三维BIM模型,在投影自动生成二维箱梁钢筋图时存在尺寸标注布局不合理、人工调整工作量大、出图效率低等问题,利用FR力引导改进算法,实现重叠标注的自动排斥和动态调整。该算法基于斥力与引力平衡状态原理,通过将具体标注元素抽象为物理粒子,模拟粒子间无规则运动,实现箱梁钢筋图标注的智能布局。测试统计表明:在基于三维BIM模型自动生成二维钢筋图时,该算法可使二维钢筋图标注的人工干预修正量从50%减少到10%以内,显著提高铁路箱梁钢筋图的出图质量和效率。

Abstract:Based on the three-dimensional BIM model of the railway box beam, the problems of unreasonable layout dimension, large manual workload and low efficiency of drawing are generated when the two-dimensional reinforcement drawing of box beam is automatically generated from BIM model projection. In this paper, the FR force is used to guide the improved algorithm to achieve automatic rejection and dynamic adjustment of overlapping dimension. The algorithm is based on the principle of particle repulsion and gravitational balance. By abstracting the specific dimension elements into physical particles and simulating the random motion between particles, the automatic layout of the dimension in reinforcement drawing of railway box beam is realized. The test statistics show that when the two-dimensional reinforcement drawing of box beam is automatically generated based on the three-dimensional BIM model projection, the algorithm can reduce the manual intervention correction of the two-dimensional reinforcement drawing of railway box beam from 50% to less than 10%, and significantly improve the quality and efficiency in reinforcement drawing.
