减振板式无砟轨道减振性能试验研究

摘    要:为减轻列车对广深港高速铁路狮子洋水下隧道基础的影响,须采取减振措施,因此开展动车组最高时速310 km CRTSⅠ型减振板式无砟轨道的减振性能试验研究。试验结果表明:设置减振垫层后砂浆层受力变大;轨道板与底座间垂向位移随减振垫层刚度增大而减小,轨道板与底座间横向位移较小,轨道板横向稳定性较好;减振垫层刚度0.04和0.06 N/mm^2地段,隧道边墙处插入损失最大值为20dB,轨道板至底座传递损失最大值为35.3 dB,底座和仰拱的振动加速度级较小,高频成分的振动抑制效果较好,但减振垫层刚度为0.04 N/mm^2时轨道板振动加速度级有所增大。综合考虑,减振垫层刚度以0.06 N/mm^2为宜。

Abstract:In order to reduce the impact of the passing train on the foundation of Shiziyang underwater tunnel of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high speed railway in China,vibration-damping measures must be taken,meanwhile,on experimental study on the damping performance of CRTS Ⅰ type vibration-damping slab unballasted track with a maximum speed of 310 km/h by Multiple Units was carried out.The results show that the force on the mortar layer increases after the damping cushion installed.The vertical displacement between the track slab and the base decreases with the damping cushion stiffness increasing,while the lateral displacement between them is relatively small,that is,the lateral stability of the track is good.In the sections with the damping cushion stiffness of 0.04 N/mm^2 and 0.06 N/mm^2,the maximum insertion loss at the side wall of the tunnel is 20 dB,the maximum transmission loss from the track slab to the base is 35.3 dB,and the vibration acceleration level of both the base and the invert is small with good vibration suppression of high frequency components,however,the vibration acceleration level of the track slab increases when the damping cushion stiffness is 0.04 N/mm^2.By comprehensive consideration,the stiffness of damping cushion is preferably 0.06 N/mm^2.
