京张高铁八达岭长城站结构安全智能监测技术

摘    要:京张高铁八达岭长城站规模大、结构复杂、施工难度大。为实现车站及大跨过渡段的安全建设,八达岭长城站建立了结合人工智能技术的隧道围岩及结构安全智能监测系统,通过在围岩和结构中预埋传感器,监测地下车站和大跨过渡段的围岩,以及锚杆、锚索等支护结构的受力和变形,并进行自动化采集、实时传输和处理,实现隧道围岩及结构力学状态的可视化实时显示与预警。超大跨隧道结构安全智能监测系统确保了复杂围岩条件下长、大隧道及隧道群的施工期和运营期安全,体现了现场监测信息对施工与设计的指导意义,为类似工程的施工和监测提供了参考与借鉴。

Intelligent Monitoring of Structural Safety of Badaling Great Wall Station on Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway

Abstract:The Badaling Great Wall Station on Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway is large in scale, complex in structure and difficult to construct. In order to realize the safety construction of the large-span station and the large-span transition section, a tunnel surrounding rock and structural safety intelligent monitoring system of artificial intelligence is established. The structural safety intelligent monitoring system detects the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock, anchor, anchor cable and other supporting structures of the underground station and the large-span transition section by pre-burying sensors in the surrounding rock and structure. The monitoring system performs automatic acquisition, real-time transmission and processing of data, and visualizes and predicts the surrounding rock and structural mechanics of the tunnel visually and in real time. The super-long span tunnel structure safety intelligent monitoring system ensures the safety of the construction period and operation period in long and large tunnels and tunnel groups under complex surrounding rock conditions, and has guiding significance of site monitoring information for construction and design. The system provides reference for the construction and monitoring of similar projects.
