京张高铁八达岭长城站建造关键技术及创新

摘    要:八达岭长城站是我国第一座深埋地下的暗挖高铁车站,位于八达岭长城地下。设计施工中存在埋深及提升高度大、疏散救援困难、环保要求严格、两端隧道跨度大,地质条件复杂、群洞布局断面和工作面多以及运输困难等诸多关键技术难题。通过设计三层三纵的群洞结构、采用长大电扶梯和斜行电梯、研发超大跨度隧道修建技术、复杂洞室群隧道修建技术、超长耐久性隧道修建技术、微震微损伤精准爆破技术、地下车站噪声控制技术、BIM设计施工技术、智能防灾救援疏散系统、隧道结构智能健康监测系统、隧道绿色建造技术以及掌子面地质信息智能图像预报技术等关键创新技术,成功攻克八达岭长城站建设中遇到的技术难题,并为类似工程的设计与施工提供参考与借鉴。

Key Technologies and Innovations in the Construction of Badaling Station on Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway
Abstract:Badaling Great Wall Station is the first deep underground high-speed railway station in China, which is located under Badaling Great Wall. There are a lot of challenging problems in design and construction, such as high buried depth and lifting height, difficult evacuation and rescue, strict environmental protection requirements, large span at both ends and complex geology conditions, many sections of group tunnels and many transportation difficulties in working face and etc. In view of these problems, many new technologies have been developed and used in the station, such as three-story and three-vertical group cave structure, long and large escalator and inclined elevator, construction technology of super-span tunnel, construction technology of complex cavern group tunnel, construction technology of large span tunnel, complex cavern group tunnel construction technology, construction technology of super long durability tunnel, micro-shock and micro-damage precision explosion breaking technology, noise control technology of underground station, BIM design and construction technology, intelligent disaster prevention, rescue and evacuation system, tunnel structure intelligent health monitoring system, tunnel green construction technology and tunnel face geological information intelligent image prediction technology.
