摘    要:运用现代信息技术设计构建和谐型电力机车故障诊断专家系统,为和谐型电力机车整备、检修、运用提供科学决策依据。通过对和谐型电力机车核心控制系统车载数据的形成机制、接口形式、构成形式和处理模型等进行综合分析,对车载数据进行组合、整理、提取、分析与处理,进而构建一套数据分析诊断专家系统。构建了一整套以车载大数据为核心的专家系统,涵盖专家判定逻辑、判识分析逻辑、智能学习逻辑的故障诊断分析,对机车整备检修作业起到了科学决策、指导的作用。研究结论:构建的故障诊断专家系统是可以为和谐型电力机车整备、检修、运用提供决策依据的,可以较好满足以总线网络为核心的和谐型电力机车整备检修的要求,并逐步改变机车传统拆解和分离部件检修的模式,实现"以检为主、以检定修"的新模式,从而更好适应我国和谐型电力机车对整备检修作业的新要求。

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to use modern information technology to design and construct the fault diagnosis expert system for Hexie electric locomotive, and to provide a scientific decision-making basis for the preparation, maintenance and application of Hexie electric locomotive. Based on the comprehensive analysis of formation mechanism, interface form, composition form and processing model of the on-board data of the locomotive core control system, an expert analyzing and processing system is constructed and such an expert system with on-board big data as the core is established, covering the expert determination logic, judgment analysis logic, intelligent learning logic of the fault diagnosis and analysis, which plays a scientific decision-making and guiding role in locomotive preparation, maintenance operations. The results show that the construction of the fault diagnosis expert system can provide decision-making basis for the preparation, maintenance and application of Hexie electric locomotives, and it can better meet the requirements of Hexie electric locomotive preparation and maintenance with bus network as the core, and gradually change the mode of the traditional dismantling and separation of locomotives to the new model of "inspection-based, verification-based maintenance", so as to better adapt to the new requirements of the maintenance operation of Hexie electric locomotives in China.
