京张高铁隧道隐蔽工程施工质量控制及效果评价方法研究

摘    要:铁路隐蔽工程的施工质量好坏直接关系到铁路建设工程质量,为了保证铁路隧道隐蔽工程施工质量与效果,有必要研究隐蔽工程质量控制及效果评价方法。依托京张高铁新八达岭隧道工程,对隧道建设施工过程中初期支护、仰拱及拱墙衬砌等隐蔽工程的施工质量控制现状进行阐述,提出通过施工信息化手段让隐蔽工程"去隐蔽化"是控制隐蔽工程质量的关键,针对较为重要的隧道爆破开挖和锚杆支护的施工质量效果评价进行探讨。其中,隧道爆破超欠挖质量控制通过三维激光扫描技术的点云模型达到可视化效果;锚杆支护的施工质量评价则基于现行铁路隧道工程施工质量验收标准,通过制定各评定项目的权重,对锚杆支护施工质量进行量化,该方法在保证成果数据的时效性和真实性的前提下,对隧道工程施工过程中的安全风险起到了有效预防作用。

Research on Construction Quality Control and Effect Evaluation Methods of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway Tunnel Concealed Works

Abstract:The construction quality of concealed railway works is directly related to the quality of railway construction projects. In order to ensure the quality and effect of concealed construction of railway tunnels, it is necessary to study the quality control and effect evaluation methods of concealed projects. Relying on the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway New Badaling Tunnel Project, the current situation of construction quality control of concealed works, such as initial support, invert arch and arch wall lining during tunnel construction, is expounded, and the concealed works are"unconcealed" by means of construction informationization, which is the key to the quality control of concealed works. The construction quality effect evaluation of the more important tunnel blasting excavation and bolt support is discussed. The quality control of tunnel over/under excavation blasting achieves the visualization effect through the point cloud model of 3 D laser scanning technology; the construction quality evaluation of the bolt support is based on the current railway tunnel construction quality acceptance criteria, and the weight of each evaluation item is determined. The construction quality of bolt support is quantified. Under the premise of ensuring the timeliness and authenticity of the result data, this method can effectively prevent the safety risks in the tunnel construction process.
