摘    要:以新建蒙华铁路三门峡黄河公铁两用大桥北引桥40 m预应力混凝土简支箱梁为背景,介绍了基于移动模架的铁路简支箱梁施工工艺。依据线路的具体布置,开发了适应于曲线段以及公铁合建段过孔的ZQMS1200上行式移动模架,并详细介绍了该移动模架的结构。从移动模架的提升、预压以及特殊工况下的过孔角度出发,对移动模架的制梁技术进行说明。该工程实践结果表明新开发的移动模架能够保证梁体混凝土的浇筑质量。

Abstract:Taking the 40 m prestressed concrete simply supported box girder of the north approach bridge of Sanmenxia Yellow River Rail-cum-road Bridge on the Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi railway as the background,this paper introduced the construction technique of the railway simply supported box girder by the movable formwork method.According to the specific line layout,a ZQMS1200 upward movable formwork was specially developed,which is suitable for passing holes in curved section and joint section of highway and railway.The structure of the movable formwork was introduced in detail.From the aspect of lifting,preloading and passing holes under special working conditions of the movable formwork,the girder-making technology by the movable formwork was explained.At present,the project has completed the track laying,and the results show that the movable formwork developed for this project can ensure the quality of the concrete girder after pouring.
