地铁隧道振动源强在线监测及数据统计分析

摘    要:地铁振动源强是环境振动影响评价中的关键因素。为消除环境振动影响评价中应用单次振动测试结果作为源强数据的局限性和偶然性,基于NI cRIO硬件和SystemLink软件架构,搭建分布式监测系统对上海地铁某线路隧道振动源强进行长期在线监测。采用不同频率计权曲线对监测的振源振动加速度进行振级计算和统计分析。结果表明,在监测点位边界条件下,振源振级约为71 dB。与采用W计权曲线相比,Wk计权振级平均增加量约为3.2 dB。对地铁振源的长期监测实践表明,该振源在线监测系统从功能和性能上能够满足轨道交通现场部署需求,并具有很好的可靠性和扩展性。

Abstract:The subway vibration source strength is the key factor to environmental vibration impact assessment.In order to eliminate the limitation and contingency of using single vibration test results as source strength data in environmental vibration impact assessment,a distributed monitoring system was built based on NI cRIO hardware and SystemLink software architecture to carry out long-term online monitoring of vibration source strength in a tunnel of Shanghai metro.The vibration level of monitoring vibration acceleration data is calculated and the calculated vibration level value is analyzed statistically.According to the analysis,under the boundary condition of the monitoring point,the vibration level value of the source is about 71 dB.Compared with the case using W frequency weighting curve,the Wk frequecy weighted average increment of the vibration level is about 3.2 dB.The long-term monitoring practice of subway vibration source shows that the online monitoring system can meet the on-site deployment requirements of rail transit in terms of function and performance,and has good reliability and expansibility.
