装配式混凝土道路在城市地铁施工中的应用

摘    要:城市地铁建设过程中,施工便道反复硬化屡见不鲜,不仅浪费资源更不利于环保。以洛阳地铁1号线牡丹广场站施工为依托,对装配式与现浇混凝土道路在经济及技术层面进行对比分析,并对装配式道路在不同环境下的拼接效果及解决措施、预制块制作及安装工艺进行探讨。实践证明,装配式混凝土道路不仅质量可靠、拼装高效、节约成本,而且还具有节能环保、对环境影响小等优势,经济、环境和社会效益明显。装配式混凝土道路实现了城市地铁建设与资源节约及绿色环保理念的有机融合。

Abstract:In the process of urban subway construction,it is not uncommon for construction access roads to be harden repeatedly,which not only wastes resources but also is not conducive to environmental protection.With the construction of Mudan Square Station of Luoyang Metro Line 1,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the prefabricated and cast-inplace concrete roads in the economic and technical aspects,and discusses the splicing effect of the prefabricated road in different environments and its solutions,as well as the fabrication and installation process of the prefabricated block.It is testified that fabricated concrete roads not only has the advantages of reliable quality,efficient assembly and cost saving,but also more effectively save energy conservation and environmental protection,and has little impact on the environment,thus creating good economic,environmental and social benefits.Prefabricated concrete roads have realized the combination of urban subway construction with resource conservation and environmental protection.
