浩吉铁路对国家能源集团煤炭运输影响的探讨

浩吉铁路目前已全线建成运营,成为我国北煤南运最便捷的通道和国内规模最大的运煤专线。华中地区是国家能源集团煤炭外运的一个重要集散地,而浩吉铁路的建成运营对国家能源集团的煤炭外运既是挑战又是机遇。在定量分析浩吉铁路与现有北煤南运通道运费的基础上,对浩吉铁路运输时效性和可靠性进行定性分析。研究表明,浩吉铁路较现有的北煤南运通道具有一定的优势。国家能源集团运煤通道应与浩吉铁路实现互联互通,做好下游煤炭集散,而浩吉铁路利用国家能源集团上游煤源和下游煤炭市场,两者将实现双赢。

A Discussion on the Influence of Haoji Railway on Coal Transportation of China Energy Investment Corporation

The Haoji Railway has been completed and opened to the traffic,becoming the most convenient channel for transporting coal from Northern China to Southern China and the largest coal transportation line in China.To China Energy Investment Corporation(China Energy),Central China is an important distribution center for transporting coal out,and the completion and operation of Haoji Railway is not only a challenge but an opportunity.Based on the quantitative analysis of the freight of Haoji Railway and the existing North-South Coal transportation channels,a qualitative analysis of the timeliness and reliability of the transportation of Haoji Railway is carried out.The research shows that Haoji Railway has certain advantages over the existing North-South Coal transportation channels.China Energy should promote the connectivity of its transportation channel with Haoji Railway to do a good job in the downstream coal distribution,while the Haoji Railway should utilize the upstream coal source of China Energy and the downstream coal market to achieve a win-win situation.
