摘    要:高压隔离开关是接触网系统的关键设备,运行状态直接影响接触网故障率。通过分析高速铁路接触网隔离开关故障和服役状态,指出接触网隔离开关在服役时存在防灾能力较差、安装方式复杂、操作时间长及适应性差等问题,无法满足智能牵引供电系统发展需求。建议将接触网隔离开关升级为性能和安全防护等级更高的真空断路器。真空断路器技术条件同户外27.5 kV变电设备一致,在接触网H型钢支柱上安装,不仅在技术条件、防护等级、安装形式等层面上取得技术提升,而且经济性较好。

Abstract:The high voltage disconnecting switch is the key equipment of catenary system, and the operating status affects the failure rate of catenary directly. By analyzing the fault and service status of the catenary disconnecting switch in high-speed railway, it is pointed out that the disconnecting switch in service has such issues as poor disaster prevention ability, complex installation mode, long operation time and poor adaptability, which cannot meet the development demand of intelligent traction power supply system. It is recommended that the disconnecting switch be upgraded to a vacuum circuit breaker with higher performance and safety protection level. The technical conditions of the vacuum circuit breaker are consistent with the outdoor 27.5 kV substation equipment. The installation on the Hsection steel column of the catenary not only achieves improvements in terms of technical conditions, protection level and installation form, but also achieves better economy.
