30 t轴重重载铁路有砟轨道动力性能试验研究

摘    要:在瓦日(吕梁市兴县瓦塘镇-日照港)重载铁路综合试验段开展30 t轴重实车试验,研究新型重载铁路有砟轨道结构扣件、轨枕及整体轨道结构的动力性能。研究结果表明:30 t轴重重载列车通过时,新型重载有砟轨道安全性参数均小于安全限值;弹性垫层采用TPEE材质,并提高了垫层刚度,延长了其疲劳寿命;弹条Ⅵ型扣件具有足够的横向承载能力,保持轨距的能力较好;Ⅳa型轨枕承载能力高,具有较大的安全储备且其横向位移小,具有较好的轨道结构稳定性;通过提高道床厚度降低了道床底部应力,减少了重载列车对路基的破坏;新型重载轨道结构提高了轨道结构的横向刚度,具有更好的稳定性。

Abstract:In the comprehensive test section of Watang town-Rizhao Port heavy haul railway,a 30 t axle load vehicle test was carried out to study the dynamic performance of new type ballasted track structure fastener,sleeper and overall track structure.The results show that the safety parameters of the new heavy haul ballasted track are less than the safety limits when the 30 t axle load heavy haul train passes through.TPEE material is used in elastic cushion to improve its rigidity and prolong its fatigue life.The type Ⅵ fastener of elastic strip has enough lateral bearing capacity and better ability of keeping track gauge,type Ⅳ a sleepers have high bearing capacity,large safety reserve,small lateral displacement and good track structure stability.By increasing the thickness of the ballast bed,the stress at the ballast bed bottom is reduced.The damage to the subgrade caused by heavy haul train is reduced,and the new heavy haul track structure improves the lateral stiffness of the track structure,which has better stability.
