我国高铁快运网络节点规划研究

摘    要:高铁快运网络节点规划是构建高铁快运服务体系的关键。以快递业务量、主要快递企业分拨中心载体城市统计数据以及中《中长期高速铁路网规划》(2016-2030年)作为我国快递供需市场的参考依据,筛选出64个城市作为我国高铁快运网络一、二级候选节点,并通过构建包含国内生产总值、社会消费品零售总额、居民人均可支配收入、快递业务量、邮政行业业务总量、常住人口数量和货物运输总量7个指标的高铁快运网络节点规划指标体系,运用系统聚类分析对64个一、二级高铁快运网络节点进行初步规划,然后引入地理空间距离因素,采用k-means聚类算法对初步方案进行优化,得到高铁快运网络一、二级节点规划方案,最终构建"13+51+N"三级结构的我国高铁快运网络。

Abstract:The network node planning of high-speed rail express is the key to the construction of high-speed rail express service system. Based on the statistical data of express business volume, the number of distribution centers of major express enterprises in each city and the Medium and Long Term High Speed Railway Network Planning(2016-2030), 64 cities are selected as primary and secondary candidate nodes of China’s rail express network, and the seven indexes as gross domestic product(GDP), total retail sales of social consumer goods, per capita disposable income of residents, express business volume, total business volume of postal industry, number of permanent residents and total freight transportation volume are employed in the index system of high-speed rail express network node planning to conduct preliminary planning of the first and second level high-speed rail express network nodes in China by means of systematic clustering analysis method, and then the spatial distance factor is introduced to optimize the preliminary planning scheme by using k-means clustering algorithm, and obtain the final primary and secondary high-speed rail express network node planning scheme. At last, the "13+51+N" three-level structure of the high-speed rail express network in our country is constructed.
