饱和粉细砂地层中泥水平衡盾构施工泥浆配制室内试验研究

摘    要:在高渗透性富水饱和粉细砂地层中进行泥水平衡盾构施工时,确定合理的泥浆参数是保障盾构前方泥膜质量的关键。本文以膨润土、羧甲基纤维素钠及纯碱为试验材料,采用交叉设计方法制备了30个试样,通过室内泥浆配比试验,得到了不同配比下泥浆试样的相对密度、黏度及失水量,分析了不同材料配比对泥浆参数的影响,并结合现场盾构隧道试验段出渣量确定了最佳泥浆配比。

Abstract:During the construction of slurry balance shield in saturated silty fine sand stratum with high permeability and rich water,it is the key of determining reasonable slurry parameters to ensure the quality of the slurry membrane.Inthis paper,30 samples were prepared by the crossover design method with bentonite,Sodium carboxymethyl celluloseand soda ash as test materials.Through the laboratory test of slurry ratio,the relative density,viscosity and water loss ofthe slurry sample under different ratios were obtained,and the influence of different ratios on slurry parameters wasanalyzed.Also,combined with the slag amount in the field shield tunnel test section,the best slurry ratio was determined.
