35~40t轴重铁路泡沫轻质土路桥过渡段力学特性试验研究

摘    要:依托美国交通技术中心(TTCI)加速试验线(FAST)中的大轴重环线(HTL),通过实尺实车试验,分析泡沫轻质土路桥过渡段在大轴重实载列车动力作用下的应力传递规律和动态响应特性。研究结果表明:泡沫轻质土路桥过渡段动应力水平满足路基结构设计要求;列车轴重和列车行车速度对轻质土路基结构动应力影响较小;泡沫轻质土路桥过渡段动位移对深度较敏感,对列车行车速度相对敏感,对列车轴重较不敏感;泡沫轻质土路桥过渡段动态响应性能良好,整体动态服役性能较好,满足重载铁路各设计参数的要求。

Abstract:Based on the High Tonnage Loop(HTL) of Transportation Technology Center Inc.(TTCI) Facility for Accelerated Service Testing(FAST),the stress transfer behavior and dynamic response characteristics of the Light weight Foamed Concrete(LWFC) transition section under the dynamic action of the heavy axle loaded train were analyzed through full-scale vehicle test.The results show that the dynamic stress level of transition section of LWFC meets the structural design requirements of subgrade.The axle load and train speed of train have little influence on the dynamic stress of LWFC subgrade.The dynamic displacement of transition section of LWFC is sensitive to depth,relatively sensitive to train operation speed,and less sensitive to train axle load.The dynamic response performance of transition section of LWFC is good,and the overall dynamic service performance is reasonably well,which meets the design requirements of heavy haul railway.
