摘    要:为研究局部涂刷反射隔热涂料对路基上纵连式无砟轨道纵向力学特性的影响,建立多层叠合梁有限元计算模型,计算涂料局部涂刷产生的无砟轨道纵向附加力,研究无砟轨道纵向附加力的分布规律及其影响因素,针对CA砂浆黏结强度降低时,局部涂刷可能诱发的轨道病害,提出锚固销钉限位方案。研究结果表明:涂料局部涂刷对轨道板纵向力学特性的影响较大,轨道板纵向附加力最大值出现在涂刷区段中心,离涂刷区段中心越远,纵向附加力越小;随着涂刷长度的增加,轨道板纵向附加力的放射范围增加;随着CA砂浆黏结强度的降低,轨道板纵向位移增大;锚固销钉能降低轨道板纵向位移,但随着销钉数量的增加变化趋势逐渐变缓。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the partial painting of the reflective thermal insulation coating on the longitudinal mechanical characteristic of the longitudinally connected ballastless track on the subgrade, a multi-layer composite beam model is established to calculate the longitudinal additional force of the ballastless track with partial painting and analyze the distribution and influencing factors of the additional longitudinal force. In view of the fact that when the CA mortar bond strength is reduced, partial painting may induce tract damage, an anchor pin limitation scheme is proposed. The results show that partial painting of the coating has great influence on the longitudinal mechanical characteristic of the track plate. The maximum longitudinal additional force of the track plate appears in the center of the painting section. The farther away from the center of the painting section, the smaller the longitudinal additional force will be. With the increase of the length of the painting section, the influence range of the additional force of the track plate increases; as the bond strength of the CA mortar decreases, the longitudinal displacement of the track plate increases; the anchor pin can reduce the longitudinal displacement of the track plate, but as the number of pins increases, the change tends to be gradually slowing down.
