摘    要:大数据在突发事件应急管理中的应用,不仅能够改善政府管理者的管理思维,提高决策理性,还能提高应急管理的处置效率,提高预测预警能力。为加强信号设备故障处理流程管理,充分发挥设备故障应急抢修的积极作用,做好信号设备故障后的应急处理工作,将故障延时压缩到最短,显得尤为重要。重点介绍基于大数据的智能监测标准化电务故障应急指挥管理办法的实现及应用。

Abstract:The application of big data in emergency management for emergency events can not only improve the management thinking of government managers,improve decision-making rationality,but also improve the disposal efficiency of emergency management and improve the ability of prediction and early warning.In order to strengthen the fault handling process management for signaling equipment,give full play to the positive role of emergency repair of equipment fault,it is particularly important to deal with the emergency after the failure of signaling equipment and to compress the fault delay to the shortest.This paper focuses on the realization and application of intelligent monitoring standardized emergency command and management method for signaling and communication fault based on big data.
