第三系砂泥岩隧道贯通段安全施工技术研究

摘    要:以双丰隧道第三系富水砂泥岩地层剩余59 m贯通段为工程背景,结合第三系砂泥岩地层的特点对隧道曾发生严重的涌水突泥事故原因进行研究,并对后续施工技术重难点进行详细论述与分析。通过采取综合泄水、降水、减压施工方法与全断面超前注浆加固施工方法、超前锚固及支护施工方法、三台阶临时仰拱+中立柱施工方法等综合施工技术实现剩余段落的安全贯通。最后对施工效果进行综合评价,以期为类似隧道地层施工提供借鉴。

Research on Safety Construction Technology of Through Section of Tunnel in Tertiary Sand and Mudstone

Abstract:With the remaining 59 m through section of tertiary water-rich sand-mudstone stratum of Shuangfeng Tunnel,and based on the serious water gushing and mudstone inrush accident,the causes of the accident were analyzed,the characteristics of tertiary sand-mudstone stratum were studied,and the key and difficult points of subsequent construction technology were discussed and analyzed in detail.The safety breakthrough of the remaining sections was achieved by adopting comprehensive construction techniques,such as comprehensive drainage,dewatering and decompression construction method,full-section advanced grouting and reinforcement construction method,advanced anchoring and support construction method,three-step temporary inverted arch+middle column construction method.Finally,the construction effect was comprehensively evaluated,hoping to provide reference for similar tunnel stratum construction.
