基于冲击弹性波的隧道衬砌混凝土强度检测技术研究和应用

摘    要:铁路隧道衬砌混凝土强度主要检测方法存在精度差、对结构有损伤等问题,严重制约对衬砌质量的正确评估和控制。为此,研发了基于冲击弹性波的强度检测技术体系,包括技术原理、标定及检测方法、检测设备等,并在百余座铁路隧道开展验证和应用。结果表明,相对传统的回弹法等检测方法,该方法检测范围广,精度较高,可为铁路隧道衬砌混凝土强度提供有效检测。

Abstract:At present,the main testing methods of lining concrete strength of railway tunnel have some problems,such as poor accuracy,damage to the structure and so on,which seriously restricts the correct evaluation and control of lining quality.Therefore,the strength detection technology system based on impact elastic wave was developed,including technical principle,calibration and detection method,detection equipment,etc.,and it was verified and applied in more than 100 railway tunnels.The results show that compared with the traditional rebound method and other detection methods,this method has a wide detection range and high accuracy,which can provide an effective detection for the lining concrete strength of railway tunnel.
