京张高铁应急抢修简支钢-混结合梁设计应用

摘    要:我国高铁常用跨度梁使用量巨大,但既有的铁路抢修钢梁行车限制速度低,已无法适应高速铁路运行的需要。京张高铁官厅水库特大桥32 m简支钢-混结合梁以打造京张智慧高铁为契机,采用高铁应急抢修梁方案,同时通过设置梁侧牛腿和横向限位装置,达到了协调主、引桥横向变形的目的。针对应急抢修简支钢-混结合梁的结构构造、节段组装、主要计算结果、结合梁安装等内容进行详尽介绍,并对其技术特点进行总结。该桥的建成为高铁应急抢修梁的设计与应用积累了一定的经验,并为今后进一步深化高铁应急抢修梁的研究、开展高铁应急抢修梁相关标准设计工作奠定了基础。

Design and Application of Simply Supported Steel-concrete Composite Beam for Emergency Repair of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway

Abstract:The consumption of common span beams in high-speed railway is huge in China, but the speed limit of existing railway emergency repair steel beams is low, which can not adapt the needs of high-speed railway operation. The 32 m simply supported steel-concrete composite beam of Guanting Reservoir Bridge on Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway adopts the emergency repairing scheme of High-speed as an opportunity to build a Smart high-speed railway. Meanwhile, the purpose of coordinating the transverse deformation of the main and approach bridges is achieved by setting corbel on the side of the beam and transverse limit devices. In this paper, the structure, segment assembly, main calculation results and installation of the simply supported steel-concrete composite beam for emergency repair are introduced in detail, and its technical characteristics are summarized. The construction of the bridge has accumulated some experiences for the design and application of emergency repair beams for High-speed rail, and laid a foundation for more intensive research on emergency repair beams and setting relevant standards for the design of emergency repair beams of high-speed railway.
